🗓 Day-wise Itinerary (Chandigarh to Chandigarh)


Day 1: Chandigarh to Narkanda (2,700 m)
Drive Distance: ~180 km | Time: 6–7 hours

Early morning pickup from Chandigarh.

Scenic drive through Shimla and Kufri.

Check-in at hotel in Narkanda.

Optional visit to Hatu Peak or local market.

Stay: Hotel / Guesthouse

Meals: Dinner

Day 2: Narkanda to Kafnu – Stay in Kafnu (2,400 m)
Drive Distance: ~140 km | Time: 5–6 hours

Leisurely drive through Wangtu and Bhaba Valley.

Arrive Kafnu by afternoon. Rest and acclimatize.

Trek briefing in the evening.

Stay: Homestay / Guesthouse

Meals: Breakfast, Lunch, Dinner

Day 3: Trek from Kafnu to Muling (3,310 m)
Trek Distance: ~11 km | 6–7 hours

Start trek post breakfast.

Gradual ascent through pine forests, streams, and wooden bridges.

Reach Muling and set up camp beside the Bhaba River.

Stay: Camp

Meals: Breakfast, Lunch, Dinner

Day 4: Muling to Kara (3,550 m) and return to Muling
Trek Distance: ~12 km round trip | 5–6 hours

Day hike to the highland pasture of Kara.

Picnic lunch by the river, return to Muling by late afternoon.

Stay: Camp at Muling

Meals: Breakfast, Lunch, Dinner

Day 5: Trek back to Kafnu – Drive to Narkanda
Trek Distance: ~11 km | 4–5 hours

Descend through forest trails.

Return to Kafnu, freshen up and have lunch.

Drive to Narkanda (~4–5 hours).

Stay: Hotel / Guesthouse in Narkanda

Meals: Breakfast, Lunch, Dinner

Day 6: Drive from Narkanda to Chandigarh
Distance: ~180 km | 6–7 hours

Depart after breakfast.

Reach Chandigarh by evening, trip ends with group photo and farewell.
